Ingredients:

1 cup ice
1 cup baby spinach
1 lemon, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 bunch fresh mint
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon maca powder

Directions:
  1. Add 1 cup of ice to a blender or food processor.
  2. Add 1 cup baby spinach.
  3. Add 1 lemon, peeled and cut into chunks.
  4. Add 1/2 bunch fresh mint.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons honey.
  6. Add 1 cup coconut water.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon maca powder.
  8. Combine all ingredients until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more coconut water or ice as desired.
  9. Pour blender contents into a tall glass.
  10. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve.
