Get ready to lick your lips, because we’ve curated 10 of the best-tasting keto fat bombs ever created. And yes, we’ve balled them up and tried out every single one of them. We couldn’t resist.

If you’re already a fat-bomb connoisseur, then skip ahead to the recipes, but if you’re still a little perplexed by the terminology and think you may be confusing fat bombs with bath bombs, then come with us on a little detour.

What’s All the Hoopla About Fat Bombs?

Fat bombs are a keto dieter’s saving grace.

If there’s one thing we can all agree on about the keto diet it’s that restriction and sacrifice are the name of the game. And sacrifice doesn’t come easy. Cravings for sugary sweet stuff can sabotage the most devoted keto dieter’s success.

But you know what satisfies those cravings?

Easy to make…as in no bake…fat bombs!

And there’s no guilt involved, because fat bombs help you reach your 75% fat quota for the day.

These tasty little balls of fatty goodness deliver long-lasting energy while satisfying your desire for dessert, be it a muffin, a piece of chocolate cake, or a slab of fudge.

Fill the bomb with healthy fats and you’re helping to balance your cholesterol, insulin levels, and blood sugar. Good fats also help your body absorb more of the nutrients you eat.

Really there’s no reason not to fill your belly with fat bombs.

So, let’s try out 10 of the tastiest now, shall we?

The 10 Best-Tasting Keto Fat Bombs with Recipes

The recipes below have a few things in common. Keep these in mind in case you want to experiment with creating your own keto fat bomb recipe.

  1. Healthy fats: The staple of a fat bomb is that it’s high fat, but nutritious fat like peanut butter, almond butter, cacao butter, cream cheese, or avocado.
  2. Binders: These are all the fun bits that give the fat bomb texture, like shredded coconut, cacao nibs, nuts, dried fruit, and seeds.
  3. Flavorings: From sugar free sweeteners like erythritol, to classic flavorings like vanilla extract and dark chocolate, flavor keeps your fat bomb fulfilling.
