Keto Spider Web Eggs: Halloween Party Treats!

Keto for halloween can be tricky! With all the sugary treats it can be hard to resist and find something that won’t kick you out of ketosis! Lucky for you, we have some great Ketogenic Approved Halloween recipes to keep you going. Try these spooky spider eggs and lunch box filler or appetizer at your halloween party!

Ingredients:

6 Eggs

1 Avocado

4 Tea Bags

4 T Soy Sauce

Paprika

Directions:
  1. Gently put 6 cage-free eggs into boiling pot
  2. Boil eggs for 8 minutes
  3. Cool eggs by putting them in a large bowl with cold water and ice
  4. In the boiling pot of water, add 4 black tea bag and 4 TBSP of soy sauce
  5. Lightly crack the egg shells with the back of a spoon and place them back into boiling pot
  6. Boil eggs for 30 minutes, then cool
  7. For stuffing the egg, add 1 avocado into mixing bowl
  8. Season avocado with salt and pepper to taste
  9. Smash avocado with a fork until smooth
  10. Remove egg shells, slice in half, and fill them with creamy avocado
