Ingredients:

1 avocado
3 kale leaves
1/2 cup spinach
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons collagen powder

Note: add ice if preferred chilled

Directions:
  1. Pour 1 cup of coconut milk into your food processor or blender.

  8. Blend the ingredients until texture is smooth.
