2 Cups Iced Black tea

⅛ cup Coconut cream

1 cup of Ice

Stevia to taste

2 Large Strawberries


1. In a small bowl, mash the strawberries.

2. Place in a cocktail shaker with a cup of ice, tea, and stevia.

3. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into a glass.

4. Top with coconut cream and serve.

(optional: Replace Stevia with Fitoru’s BHB Powder)

      BHB oil is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is a type of ketone that your body naturally creates when it needs to burn fat! When you starve yourself of carbohydrates, these ketone bodies are created and help burn fat (this process is also known as ketosis). BHB oil powder and supplements are exogenous ketones, which means you are putting additional ketones in your body 🙂

      The ketogenic diet isn’t about just cutting out carbohydrates and sugar, but you have to eat appropriate amounts of fat and protein as well. In addition, diet isn’t the only thing that helps with weight loss, but exercising is extremely important. It is recommended by the USDA to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, for 5 days a week.       We got our coconut cream from a can! You can purchase it in your local grocery stores. We got ours at Whole Foods, or Amazon.

  1. 2 yrs ago I began keto and lost 90 lbs. Then I slipped off it and gained 40 back. Now I can not lose anything. Same plane as before. Same recipes. Nothing budging. Plus I exercise. Hmmm. Frustrated.

    1. Hi Linda! This direction is for Garcinia Cambogia, Acai Cleanse, and Green Coffee Extract. We recommend taking the pills 30 minutes before a meal with a full glass of water. It is fine if all pills are taken together at the same time. Preferably, try to take the pills before either breakfast or lunch so your body has the rest of the day to digest the supplements and benefit from the effects. If you would prefer to not take all 6 pills at the same time, it is also fine to split the dosage into two separate servings taken about 30 minutes before 2 different meals. Do try to take at least one of each type of pill together at the same time, to ensure the synergistic effects of the products are fully realized.

    Go on the internet and research ‘Ketosis’ and ‘ketoacidosis’. This will answer a lot of your questions. If it makes you feel any better, I was just diagnosed as a diabetic, diet controlled, and I chose to try Keto. I started a month and a half ago, and I’ve lost 20 lbs and my blood pressure and blood sugar are better than they have ever been, right in the normal range. It takes patience and the willingness to truly commit – no cheating, but that gets pretty easy. The recipes are great, and you will learn how to modify your own recipes to make them Keto friendly, so your family ,and you, won’t have to give up their favorites. When meal planning, just add a low carb veggie or fruit option along with whatever you plan to serve to your family. And just for fun, don’t tell them something is ‘Keto’, and be amazed how much they’ll like it! Have fun and good luck!
