Quitting sugar can be one of the hardest parts of the keto diet! Here are 5 sweet snacks you can enjoy instead without throwing your body out of ketosis.

5 Keto Sweet Snacks

1.  No-Carb Drinks

Waters like La Croix and Ugly have a subtle sweetness and fruity flavors without carbs! While they aren’t the same as soda, they can be enough to beat down those pesky sugar cravings.

2.  Sugar-Free Gum

Gum is great because it’s good for dental health and feels like a sugary sweet! It also helps fight the bad breath that is often associated with the keto flu.

3.  Low-Carb Berries

Most keto fruits are out on keto, but there are a couple that won’t kick you out of ketosis.  Try a couple of frozen blueberries and raspberries!

4.  Cinnamon Tea

Ceylon Cinnamon is superfood and naturally tastes sweet.  In addition, it has shown to help suppress appetite and stabilize blood sugar.

5.  Brush Your Teeth

The toothpaste minty taste can help signal to the brain that it is no longer time to eat.  This can help you overcome the desire to snack on unhealthy treats!

  1. I have the powder, it’s very sweet, can I mix one scoop in more water than 16oz. to dilute it more and will it still work??
