Ready for a Keto treat that will be sure to put the fire into your Halloween celebrations? Make these scary good Ketogenic Approved Jalapeño poppers! Halloween recipes have never been so perfect for a low-carb diet. Enjoy these stuffed jalapenos as an appetizer or snack.

Makes 6

Per Serving:

10.4g Fat

0.9 N carbs

9.2g Protein

Ingredients:

6 jalapeno

6 Slices Havarti

6 Slices Bacon

6 T Sharp Cheddar

6 Olives

Directions:
  1. Cut 1 slice of bacon in half
  2. Lay the 2 cut strips of bacon criss-cross  (create an “x”)
  3. Cut jalapeno in half (vertically) and scoop out seeds
  4. Fill jalapeno with cheddar and havarti cheese
  5. Wrap bacon strips around the stuffed jalapenos (alternate between slices)
  6. Place in oven and bake at 350F for 15 minutes (or until bacon is crispy)
  7. Add 2 slices of olives to create “eyes”
